1 How much do you charge per hour?
Rather than show you my pricing up front, it is a better idea for you to try my discounted first session that will cost you $1 total. You’ll get an idea for what I have to offer, and I’ll know if you’re right for my type of training. You may also see some results in this short amount of time. Then we will take it from there.

2 Where do we train?
Freedom of location is one of the great advantages of training with Straight-Up Fitness. We can schedule sessions in nearly every part of the city, and train you at your home, residential gym, park, or local private gym. No longer will you be ‘too busy’ to workout, as I can bring the gym to you. I will provide the equipment so you will get an even better workout compared to what you could get in a gym. I have the most up-to-date training techniques that ensure your workouts have no limits. Besides that, with me you can forget about any long-term gym contracts, monthy gym fees, crowded gym settings, distractions, public locker rooms, driving to the gym searching for a parking space…..to name a few.

But best of all, you have NO EXCUSE not to work out, because I come to you!

3 How long are the sessions?
The sessions are one hour.

4 What if I don’t see results?
Seeing the results you want is not overly complicated to me. I have been doing this for over 5 years and I know that it comes down to your Exercise plan, Nutrition habits, and Motivation. The way you look is a representation of my work, so I will fully ensure that you will get the best in all three aspects, period. If you are accountable, take your health serious, and listen to what I tell you…you will be blown away by your results.

5 What if I can not make it to a session?
Your accountability can make or break the results. I apply a 24 hour cancellation notice, thus you will be charged a session if you cancel within 24 hours from the session. Though it sounds strict, you will find that my Personal Training is a very high-value service. Most of my clients value me as much as they value their doctor. I will be that guy making you look younger, live longer, get more energy and feel healthier thus it is only to your benefit to be on time for your sessions.
