It all started when Michael moved to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, at the age of 8. Born in California where children are often housebound, Michael was then suddenly introduced to a country where bicycles rule the world and soccer is a matter of life and death. Michael soon became immersed with the healthy lifestyles over there and went on to play soccer every day except for Christmas. Howver, even though he was eating relatively healthy, he never got the body he wanted. Once he became a teenager he joined a local gym and started his workouts with really no idea on how to get the body he wanted. After studying massive amounts of books, seminars, audio, lectures, and others, Michael finally got his knowledge down and got himself in the bst shape of his life with his body looking exactly like he wanted it. This made him fascinated with what you can do with your body if it is trained right. Soon enough Michael got asked by people all around him to train them, and after one thing led to another, Michael got hired as a Personal Trainer - learning how to save his clients time in their efforts while motivating them to get more out their workouts. Soon he was giving public speakings about nutrition and how to optimize ones eating habits.
Now at the age of 25, Michael has developed himself into a completely dependable, thoughtful trainer, never missing an appointment. He has spent years honing his craft and pursuing on-going education in fitness and continues to do so this very day. Michael doesn’t like the monotonous routines of most trainers these days as his goal is to keep your body anxious for the next workout.
